Rising STARS Support Grant

Program: Keystone STARS (an initiative of the Office of Child Development and Early Learning - OCDEL)

Purpose: Provide financial support to early learning and school-age child care providers engaged in continuous quality improvement (CQI), particularly serving vulnerable and at-risk children.

Eligible Provider Types

• STAR 1 providers: Early care certified providers (including SACC only) actively working on a CQI plan to achieve STAR 2 in a reasonable timeframe
• STAR 2 providers: Providers who previously received Rising STARS Support Grant and successfully moved from STAR 1 to STAR 2
• STAR 2 providers: Providers who have received maximum Merit Awards (3) and are positioned to move to STAR 3 or 4
