The Richard J. Bilo Memorial Scholarship was created by the Bilo family after Richie, a long-time PHCC contractor member, passed away suddenly in 2003. He valued the importance of advanced education in the trades and strived to expose young people to a higher level of education and professionalism.

The scholarship is presented to individuals pursuing a career in the plumbing, heating, cooling industry.

    Eligibility

  • Students enrolled in a Massachusetts Trade school Board certified apprentice program for plumbing and/or gas fitting tier training
  • Pursuing a career in the plumbing, heating, cooling industry
