Overview
In partnership with Mass Mentoring Partnership (MMP), ALKU awards an annual $30,000 college scholarship (distributed over four years) to a rising Massachusetts high school senior who has been engaged in a positive, empowering youth-adult mentoring relationship for at least one year. Recipients must demonstrate community involvement, hard work, leadership experience, and financial need, and receive ongoing mentorship through college and into the workforce.

Applications open in the spring each year (historically due ~June 30). Apply via alku.com; the recipient is announced at MMP's annual 'Cheers to Mentoring' celebration. Open to rising Massachusetts high school seniors in a mentoring relationship.
