- Scope and significance of subject matter to be researched
- Research design
- Work plan
- Publication plan (including potential outlets)

2. Bibliography (max. 1 page)
- Works cited
- Important works in the field

3. Line-item Budget
- Show basis of calculation for each line item
- Example format: "10 books at $40 per book average = $400"

4. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Recent CV required

- Max file size: 24 MB

5. Two (2) Letters of Recommendation
- Format: Text, Word, or PDF
- Max file size: 24 MB per letter

6. Institutional Approval Letter
- Official, signed letter or form from institution's grants officer
- Must approve the application
- Must indicate institution's willingness to receive and administer the grant
- Max file size: 24 MB
