Reg Christman Fire Science Support Fund

A support fund established in memory of Reg Christman, a Casper firefighter for 23 years who ended his career as division chief training officer. The fund provides financial assistance to Casper College fire science students in need.

Eligibility Requirements

• Fire science major
• In good standing academically
• Demonstrate promise in "becoming an awesome firefighter"
• Enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours
• Minimum 2.0 GPA

Award Distribution

Proceeds from the fund are used to assist fire science students in need, based on recommendations from the fire science department and approved by the Casper College Foundation office.

Background

Reginald Christman was a Casper firefighter for 23 years and ended his career as division chief training officer. He was a lifelong learner who believed in every person's potential. His children, Lisa Klein and David Christman, established this fund in his honor to encourage and support fire science students as they navigate their education at Casper College. Reg loved Casper and loved being a firefighter.
