Red Wing Trades Scholarship

Overview: A scholarship and equipment gift established by Dylan and Rob Herr, owners of the Red Wing store in Casper. The program supports students majoring in trades programs at Casper College.

Award Amount: $500 scholarship for fall semester to one student; one pair of Red Wing boots awarded to a graduating trades major in spring semester

Geographic Scope: Wyoming residents

Focus Areas: Trades education (welding, automotive, construction, etc.)

Eligibility Requirements

Major in a trades program
Minimum 2.9 GPA
Enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours
Wyoming resident

Background

Dylan and Rob Herr, owners of the Red Wing store in Casper, established this scholarship and equipment gift program because of the value and importance trades have on their community and business.
