RASM REALTORS® Charitable Foundation College Scholarships

Award Amount: $2,000 per scholarship
Geographic Scope: Two-county area (Sarasota and Manatee counties, Florida)
Program Overview
Each year, the RASM REALTORS® Charitable Foundation Scholarship Committee awards scholarships to support local students and the children/grandchildren of RASM members. The foundation believes every dollar toward tuition makes a difference.- 50% of scholarships available to members in good standing of RASM or their immediate family members (spouse, child, or grandchild)
- 50% of scholarships available to the general public
Scholarship Distribution
- Local high school seniors attending an undergraduate college or university
- Students currently enrolled in an undergraduate college or university
- Students pursuing a graduate degree
Eligibility
Applications are available to:Geographic Requirement: Applicants must indicate they are from the two-county area (Sarasota and Manatee counties). There are no limitations on the location of the college or university attended.
Award Timing
Recipients will be awarded in May to support tuition in the upcoming fall and spring academic semesters.- Age, race, color, or gender

- Gender identity or sex
- Country of national origin
Selection Criteria
Awards are based solely on the merits of the selection criteria set by the Scholarship Committee. The committee cannot restrict applicants based on:Criteria considered include but aren't limited to:

Application Requirements

Required Materials
1. Complete the online application form
2. Three essay questions (responses required)
3. School transcripts
- High school seniors: request transcripts through a local high school administrator
- Undergraduate/graduate students: upload most recent transcripts or reports from your school
4. Two reference letters
- From recent teachers, school advisors, employers, or similar sources
5. College acceptance letter(s)
- Upload acceptance letter from one or more colleges where student plans to attend
