Purpose: Fill last-minute gaps in arts education by connecting well-established arts education providers to schools where students are receiving no arts education
Geographic Scope: Oakland, California - Oakland Unified School District (OUSD)
Trigger: Uses data from AOK's annual OUSD Arts Education Survey to identify schools with gaps in arts education, typically occurring in final weeks before school starts

Eligible Recipients: Arts education providers who have first applied for and been awarded a Landis Grant
How It Works: AOK identifies target schools and connects well-established arts education providers to school leadership, then provides RRF funding to the arts provider for immediate implementation
