Supporting Chenango County Through Qualifying Grants
The Robert C. Smith Foundation was created in 2005 by Robert C. Smith, a life-long resident of Norwich, New York. The balance of our distributions have been provided to programs supporting the youth, our area food pantries and others in need. The Foundation has a nine-member Board of Directors which meets on a quarterly basis to review grant applications in accordance with policies established by the Board.
