Quest for the Best® offers legal services grants to Pennsylvania-based 501(c)(3) organizations, focusing on those in Southeastern Pennsylvania. With a commitment to strengthening the common good, they provide assistance in incorporation, tax exemption applications, and general legal consultation. The funder prioritizes organizations that demonstrate sustainability and have qualified staff. Note that their services are not available for for-profit entities or litigation matters. Eligibility

You must be a Pennsylvania tax-exempt (501(c)(3)) organization or an organization intending to register for tax-exempt (501(c)(3)) status.   You should show that your organization is sustainable, you have qualified key staff, and a clear message. We may provide counseling and advice to the appropriate individuals that are served by the tax-exempt organizations.
