Overview: The Tegan and Sara Foundation brings together a variety of experts across medical, technical, and policy disciplines to create healthcare solutions for the queer community.

    Program Components

  • Queer Health Hackathon: Collaborative event bringing together experts to develop healthcare solutions (e.g., 2018 Hackathon held at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard in Cambridge, MA)
  • LGBTQ+ Healthcare Directory: Partnership with GLMA to build a database of culturally competent healthcare providers for the LGBTQ+ community who face barriers finding care from experts trained in their unique needs
