Project Support: Small Grants

The Kirkpatrick Family Fund offers Project Support through small grants aimed at enhancing community quality of life in central Oklahoma. Eligible projects must achieve measurable outcomes within a specific timeframe and align with the organization's mission. The fund prioritizes support for arts, education, health, and community development initiatives. Importantly, it excludes requests for ongoing program support or capital projects, ensuring a focus on impactful, time-limited projects that benefit local communities.

NOTE: Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) at least one month before the application deadline.

Ineligibility

Requests for ongoing programs requiring year-after-year support or general administration are not included in this category.We do not accept unsolicited requests for capital projects.We do not accept unsolicited grant requests from organizationsbased outside of central Oklahoma; grants made outside of Oklahoma County are limited to endowment matches or considered on a case-by-case basiswith fewer than three years of financial documentationwhose mission or programs do not fall within a stated area of interestthat function primarily as churches or ministries, or whose programs require adherence to a specific religious affiliation in order to receive serviceWe do not fund organizations that advocate for or are involved in the killing, abuse, or harm of animals.We do not fund or sponsor individuals, trips, tickets, or tables for fundraising events.
