The Foundation considers applications in three categories:- Organization must be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity
- The Foundation accepts only one grant application per organization per year
- Organizations receiving a grant in the previous year must submit a Project Report by the specified date before re-applying
- Organizations may not submit both a Project Grant and Capital Grant application in the same year (Capital Grant must be declined first)

Project Grant Application Process
1. Training Session (Optional but Encouraged)
- Attend grantee training session prior to deadline
- Note: Application process changes annually, so attendance recommended
2. Complete Project Report (if re-applying)
- If organization received a grant from Landfall Foundation in the previous year and is re-applying, must complete and submit Project Management Report by specified date
3. Select Application Category
- Click on one of the following application forms:
- Grant Application - Health & Welfare
- Grant Application - Education
- Grant Application - Arts
4. Complete Online Application
- Use Google Forms via G-Suite
- Must sign in with Gmail account (will be prompted to create if needed)
- Upload required documents through the form
5. Submit by Deadline
- Submission period: March 31 - May 16 (annual)
6. Notification Timeline
- Grantees notified in early October
- Awards presented at reception in November
- Only one application per organization per year
- If applying for Capital Grant, cannot submit Project Grant until Capital Grant is declined
- If unable to use Gmail account, contact Grants Co-Chairs for accommodation
