Price Foundation A foundation created for the purpose of providing education, health and historical preservation to Clark and Cowlitz Counties in Washington State. Vision Based upon the intent of the Founding Donors, the Foundation aspires for the people of Clark and Cowlitz Counties to be educated, healthy and to value and preserve the lessons of the past. Mission To improve education, health and historic preservation in Clark and Cowlitz County by recognizing unfulfilled needs and funding projects that make a difference. Criteria Education: need-based scholarships and grants (to education providers) for skills training and post-high school academic and vocational programs; Health: to provide general medical care in a more effective manner and grants to hospice; Historic preservation: grants for preservation and/or enhancement of historic sites and buildings, publishing materials and presentation of historical programs.
