As we work towards building a thriving and healthy community, we have many tools in our toolbox - grantmaking being one of them. As a small foundation, we are always looking for creative ways to build shared capacity and strengthen community efforts. Established in 1983 from the sale of St. Luke's Community Hospital in Bellingham, WA, the Chuckanut Health Foundation is guided by our vision of a community where every child gets a healthy start and every person receives the care they need throughout their lifetime.
