Program Description:
Each year, the GRAMMY Museum Grant Program awards grants to organizations and individuals to support the archiving and preservation of the recorded sound heritage of North America. This category is specifically for organizations/departments located within institutions such as libraries, museums, or other organizations where archiving, preservation, cataloguing and related expertise are accessible to the project.

• Organizations and departments within institutions (libraries, museums, etc.)

• Fund projects with identified materials ready for archiving or preservation
• Support implementation of preservation plans for recorded sound collections
