Nominations must include:
1. Three examples of business impact - Describe how nominee impacted business including:
- Improved processes
- Increased sales
- Creation of new programs
- Achievements can span any department (sales, marketing, engineering, operations, etc.)
2. Professional development example - Document how nominee is furthering career through:
- Extra training
- Pursuing further education
- Industry certifications
- Leadership development programs
