International Trade Show Assistance Program
Overview: This PMMI member benefit provides reimbursement for first-time exhibitors at qualified international trade shows to help offset booth costs.
Geographic Scope: International trade shows outside North America

1. First-time participating at that specific show, OR
2. Returning after a hiatus of three show cycles
3. Must be part of PMMI Pavilion (if applicable at the trade show)
4. Trade show must be outside of North America
5. EXPO PACK shows are NOT included

How to Apply
How to Apply
1. Contact Andrea Admana before applying to confirm show eligibility
2. Receive approval from PMMI prior to requesting reimbursement
3. Exhibit at the approved trade show
4. Submit reimbursement request after the show ends with:
- Invoice from the show for floor space and booth decoration
- Proof of participation
5. Receive reimbursement within 15 days of invoice receipt
Key Requirements Before Applying
- Pre-approval required: Members must be approved PRIOR to requesting reimbursement
- Show eligibility verification: Confirm the trade show is on the approved list or contact Andrea Admana for additional shows
- Member status: Verify PMMI General member in good standing status
Reimbursement Details
- Maximum: Up to $10,000 per company per calendar year
- Eligible Costs: Floor space and booth decoration packages only
- Timeline: Within 15 days of invoice receipt
- Method: Direct reimbursement to member
Important Restrictions
- One trade show application per calendar year
- First-come, first-served basis
- Sister companies limited to two per same show per year
- EXPO PACK shows not eligible
- Trade shows must be outside North America
- PMMI General members only (no subsidiaries)
