International Trade Show Assistance Program

This PMMI member benefit provides reimbursement for first-time exhibitors at qualified international trade shows to help offset booth costs.

Geographic Scope: International trade shows outside North America

Award Details:

• Up to $10,000 per company per calendar year
• Reimbursement for floor space and booth decoration packages
• Direct reimbursement to member after show within 15 days of receiving invoice

Eligibility Requirements

Member Type:

• PMMI General members in good standing only
• NOT open to subsidiaries

Show Participation Requirements:

1. First-time participating at that specific show, OR
2. Returning after a hiatus of three show cycles
3. Must be part of PMMI Pavilion (if applicable at the trade show)
4. Trade show must be outside of North America
5. EXPO PACK shows are NOT included

Application Process:

• Members must be approved PRIOR to requesting reimbursement
• Funds applied on first-come, first-served basis
• Can only apply for one trade show per calendar year
• Maximum of two sister companies (same parent company, individual PMMI memberships) may apply for the same show in same year

How to Apply

1. Contact Andrea Admana before applying to confirm show eligibility
2. Receive approval from PMMI prior to requesting reimbursement
3. Exhibit at the approved trade show
4. Submit reimbursement request after the show ends with:
   • Invoice from the show for floor space and booth decoration
   • Proof of participation
5. Receive reimbursement within 15 days of invoice receipt

Key Requirements Before Applying

• Pre-approval required: Members must be approved PRIOR to requesting reimbursement
• Show eligibility verification: Confirm the trade show is on the approved list or contact Andrea Admana for additional shows
• Member status: Verify PMMI General member in good standing status
