Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet ALL of the following: 1. Full-time undergraduate (sophomores, juniors, seniors) OR graduate student 2. Student at a Philadelphia college or university; OR a Philadelphia resident at a college or university studying outside the Philadelphia area 3. Internship Requirement: Must plan to be in Philadelphia for summer internships (requires physical presence at work location and full participation throughout summer)- Real Estate (or related)
