Peckham Family Foundation: Basic Support Grants

The Peckham Family Foundation offers Basic Support Grants aimed at enhancing the quality of life in local communities in New York and New England. The foundation supports various programs focusing on education, arts, and civic engagement. Organizations seeking funding must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt and demonstrate a commitment to community improvement. The Grants Committee, composed of local non-management members, evaluates applications to ensure alignment with the foundation's mission and values.

The Peckham Family Foundation has worked with local communities to identify needs and provide assistance to facilitate change and encourage growth. Grants provided by the Peckham Family Foundation have supported a wide range of initiatives including environmental causes and arts in education, as well as support for underserved populations with a goal of enhancing the quality of life in local communities.
The Peckham Family Foundation Grants Committee is made up solely of non-management members who live and work within the communities we serve. The Grants Committee is responsible for reviewing grant applications and making final decisions on funding. We have provided assistance and support for hundreds of organizations throughout New York and New England.
Charitable Focus
Peckham Industries, Inc. (PII) and The Peckham Family Foundation (PFF) will focus its charitable efforts on programs designed to enhance the quality of life in the community as well as reflecting the values of PII/PFF and its supporting entities. Contribution applications meeting this definition will be considered for, but are not guaranteed funding.
PII/PFF may contribute to community and civic groups that address the following:

Eligibility

Organizations must provide a copy of their 501(C)(3) IRS designation or other tax-exempt designation Organizations should be based in New York or New England

Ineligibility

An application can not be received from individuals.PII/PFF will not contribute to:

• Religious Organizations
• National Organizations (i.e. Salvation Army, Goodwill)
• Political Organizations
• Activities that do not promote our public or Corporate purpose
• Building/Start up funds
• Any goods/services only monetary donationsPII/PFF will not consider:
• Requests to support an organizations operating expensesRequests for endorsements to support an individual or group that an individual might be associated with
