Paul Keyes Memorial Scholarship The Paul Keyes Memorial Scholarship was established in loving memory of Paul by his family members. During his years at Neenah High School, Paul participated in various sports, including track and field, and at one point held the pole vault record. After graduating from high school in 1978, Paul enlisted in the Navy, where he spent time in multiple locations, including Japan and California. Paul believed there needs to be more people who work in trades. To follow in Paul's footsteps, it is his family’s desire to help those in the future to practice a trade. This scholarship is open to any student who has a strong desire to work in the trades and become great at what they do. Award Amount: One $500 non-renewable scholarship award for cost of attendance and other necessary supplies for participation in the educational program, payable for the first semester of college. Loss of Eligibility: Failure to register at an accredited technical school, college, or university in Wisconsin, pursuing a skilled trades program as a part-time or full-time student.Eligibility
