The Patrice A. Tarantino Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2022 by former Bar Foundation President John A. Tarantino in memory of his late wife, Pat. The Scholarship is a lasting tribute to Pat's memory and her commitment to the legal profession and community.

About the Scholarship: This memorial fund honors Patrice A. Tarantino and supports the next generation of Rhode Island lawyers.

Geographic Scope: Rhode Island residents only

Eligibility:

• Rhode Island residents
• Entering first year of law school in September 2026
• Demonstrate academic achievement
• Show leadership potential and commitment to service

• Amount: $25,000
• Number of Awards: 1 scholarship
• Duration: First year of law school only
• Renewable: Non-renewable
