  • Be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization; government entity; or Native American Tribal government or organization

  • Serve residents within the defined Greater Riverside Area

  • Serve the public without discrimination on the basis of protected personal characteristics as identified in state and federal civil rights laws, including: gender (including sex, gender identity, gender expression), intimate relationships (sexual orientation, marital status), ethnicity (race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, primary language, immigration status), religion, age, and disability (including protected medical condition and protected genetic information)
