Who We Are The PATH Foundation is a philanthropic charitable foundation that supports Fauquier, Rappahannock and Culpeper counties. Since inception, we’ve invested more than $73,000,000 in our community through grants, programs and partnerships. Through these partnerships, we help provide resources to our community and organizations that serve it. The PATH Foundation invests in nonprofits and government agencies whose goals for wellness and community improvement align with our values. Our Mission The PATH Foundation strengthens the health and vitality of our community. Our Core Focus Grant recipients must align with one or more of our core focus areas: Access to health to improve the overall health, wellness, and vitality of the people in our community.Childhood wellness to improve nutrition, foster growth and encourage education for children.Mental health to de-stigmatize mental health challenges and provide support, resources and education.Senior services to connect older adults to community services that allow them to stay healthy and independent. Flexible Funding Grants will provide up to $75,000 in unrestricted general operating support for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to be used as needed to meet their missions. The goal of Flexible Funding is to prioritize those most in need, as we strive to make this a great place to live, work, play, and grow – for everyone. While the PATH Foundation does not provide unrestricted general operating support to faith communities, schools, governments, and fire/EMS, we will consider requests for new or ongoing community-facing programs that intersect with our four priority areas: Access to Health, Childhood Wellness, Mental Health, and Senior Services.
