PFF Transformational Grants

Transformational partnerships may be extended or renewed at the board's discretion. Otherwise, the Grantee partner may reapply after two years.

* Unrestricted General Operating Support or Project or Program Grants
* Designed to develop and build capacity with established organizations seeking to move to the next level of operation, programmatic advancement, or systems change
* Generally Multi-Year Grants
* Application process- LOI, interview, site visit, and if invited, a formal application, and a possible board presentation
* Formal quarterly meetings, and a written annual report

Grants are awarded in One of Two Ways:

* To build an organization’s capacity to achieve more significant impact or effectiveness
* To deliver or increase direct services to their constituency

Eligibility

* Organization must be a US based 501(c)3.
* Grant application begins with a LOI or pre-application reviewed by the Board of Directors who meet quarterly to consider requests.
* Proposals that meet the Boards criteria are invited to submit a full grant application through an online process.
