Our scholarship program is simple. You are able to apply once for all foundation scholarships you may be eligible for. Once your application is submitted, you will be eligible for all those for which you meet the requirement. Pat and John MacTavish Fund This scholarship was established in 2007 by John Mac Tavish in loving memory of his wife Pat, who was a member of the local PEO and who worked for General Dynamics as a technical writer. John, a former Science Professor at Grand Valley State University, established this fund to honor Pat's involvement with PEO and to encourage young women to advance themselves in higher learning, specifically, in the study of the "hard sciences."Eligibility
