  • Bronx-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or organizations with eligible fiscal sponsors

  • Minimum annual operating budget of $500,000

  • Operating for at least two fiscal years

  • One application per organization
  • Selection Process:

  • Participatory Grantmaking Committee (PGC) comprised of diverse Bronx-based leaders

  • Committee members from Bronx-serving nonprofits

  • Equal power in reviewing applications and decision-making

  • Focus on ensuring equitable and impactful funding decisions

  • Committee members commit to strict confidentiality and conflict of interest disclosure
