Description: Award recognizing an outstanding teacher within his or her first four years at Clarkson University.
Eligibility: Faculty members at Clarkson University in their first four years of employment.
Selection Criteria:
* Excellence in the classroom
* Capacity to motivate and challenge students
* Creativity in teaching methods and curriculum development
History: Established by the University Committee on Improvement in Teaching in 1991.
