Outdoor Lab Foundation Scholarship

Program Overview
The Outdoor Lab Foundation offers scholarships to students who have served as high school leaders or interns at Outdoor Lab to support their continued education.

Award Details

Number of Scholarships: Three (3) scholarships awarded annually

Award Amount: $2,000 per scholarship

Distribution: Scholarships are distributed to the student's designated institution in August or January, per the student's academic calendar

Renewability: Scholarships are awarded one time and are not renewable

Eligibility Requirements
Students must meet ALL of the following criteria:

Has served as a High School Leader or Intern for the Jeffco Outdoor Lab Program at Windy Peak or Mount Blue Sky within the past three years

Is applying for admission to any private or public vocational training program, college, or university

Plans to begin their program within 12 months from the deadline

Restrictions

Previous scholarship awardees cannot re-apply

One-time award only

Confidentiality

Applications are entirely confidential to Outdoor Lab Foundation and the scholarship selection committee

All committee members sign a confidentiality agreement

Students remain anonymous to the selection committee until final applicants are selected

Essays remain anonymous after final applicants are selected
