Outdoor Adventure Grant

This program provides outdoor adventure opportunities for eligible hunters, with a focus on individuals with disabilities and military veterans.

Eligibility

• Hunters (active or retired military receive consideration)
• Individuals with disabilities, including:
  • State-issued P2A Disability Card holders
  • Those with Hunter Education Card (if born after January 1, 1980)
  • Firearm Owner Identification holders (resident hunters)
  • State-issued Habitat Stamp holders (required for all hunters unless under age 16)
  • Those with Fishing License
  • Wheelchair-confined individuals (non-ambulatory)

Geographic Scope

Primary service area: Illinois (based on contact address in Bartelso, IL)
