Outcalt Foundation Grant

The Outcalt Foundation grants are intended for local organizations' projects focused on the betterment of society in the San Luis Valley. We believe in the power of people committed to sustainable communities that embrace our future, our present and our past.

The Outcalt Foundation will consider requests that reflect its mission and values, but anticipates annual requests will exceed available annual funds. Grants will be made based on a competitive process, and unfortunately some very worthy projects will not receive funding.

The Foundation focuses on opportunities to award grants that reflect not just present need but also create opportunity and potential impact.

We review projects by:

* What need(s) will be addressed?
* How will the opportunity be harnessed to produce a long-term solution?
* How will the success of the project impact the San Luis Valley community beyond the direct beneficiaries?

Eligibility

* Grants are intended for local organizations' projects focused on the betterment of society in the San Luis Valley. 
* A copy of the current IRS determination letter indicating 501(c)3 tax-exempt status is required.
