Overview: The Resident Research Project Grant prepares residents for a career in orthopaedic research. This grant supports research projects that are clinically relevant and achievable by the resident as a free-standing project.
- Residents who are ORS members
- Work should clearly be achievable by the resident as a free-standing project even when it is part of a larger work
- Should potentially lead to publication with the resident as an author
Eligibility
- Clinical relevance must be clearly noted in the abstract and specific aims
- Clinical relevance should be obvious from the title and study design
Requirements
- One Resident Research Project Grant will be awarded to an ORS member meeting all criteria
- Additional Resident Research Grants may become available depending on funding
