    Application Process

    Required Materials:

  • Completed Grant Application form

  • Plain language responses (avoid undefined abbreviations and acronyms)

  • Academic citations and references are not necessary

    • Submission:

  • Email application to: erin.walsh@osufoundation.org

  • Confirmation email will be sent upon receipt

    • Deadlines (Three cycles per year):
    1. Last Friday of September (applications due October)
    2. Last Friday of January (applications due March)
    3. Second Friday of May (applications due June)

    Post-Award Requirements:

  • Final report required within one year of funding award

  • Submit report via email to erin.walsh@osufoundation.org

  • Recipients may be invited to present impact of project to grants committee or board meeting

    • Review Timeline:

  • Applications submitted by deadline

  • Board meets to review applications and approve awards

  • Winners announced and fund transfers initiated (by end of November/April/July)

  • Final report due one year after award
