OMH Employee HOPE Program

Name: HOPE stands for Helping Our People Every day

Overview: A newly formed program established to help employees when they are in a time of need.

Program Details:

Initial funding: $25,000 seed money approved by leadership team

Ongoing sustainability: Contributions from OMH employees through payroll deductions

Projected annual support: Just $1 per pay period, per employee would provide in excess of $15,000 in support per year

Additional funding: Donor-directed gifts received for the Employee HOPE Program will be deposited accordingly

Eligibility:

Current OMH employees experiencing a time of need

Values: The program demonstrates the care and compassion the organization has for employees and serves as an extension of the values and mission of the Ohio Masonic Home.
