NOTE: Programs who have never received funding from The Olympic Club Foundation must first complete the Letter of Intent represented by Letter of Inquiry above. Returning applicants donot need to submit Letter of Intent and the deadline to submit application is Feb. 14,2026. Why We Do It Baseball, basketball, volleyball, football, boxing, swimming, soccer, rugby, golf, tennis.... if it happens on a court or a field, in a pool or in a ring, our goal is to see all kids given a chance to participate in a sport at any level. It is our core belief that participation in youth sports is an empowering force that teaches valuable life skills of leadership, teamwork, trust, communication and accountability -plus many more- that shapes today's youth into tomorrow's leaders. Funding The Foundation will consider grant requests up to $25,000 that fall within the parameters below. Please note the average grant size for the last 2 years has been $9,500.

Eligibility

We only fund organizations with 501(c)(3) status.Eligible organizations offer organized youth athletic programs in at least one of the 9 Bay Area Counties, serving youth ages 5 - 18. The OCF supports organized youth athletic programs.The Olympic Club Foundation funds:Programs serving youth in K-12th grade. Program Support: costs associated with uniforms, equipment, coaching staff, facility rentals, entrance fees, team travel costs, player fees for sports teams, referees, etc.Programs serving youth in at least one of the following Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma

Ineligibility

The Olympic Club Foundation does not fund: Applications submitted directly by Unified School DistrictsCollegiate programsRequests for administrative and operating costsTherapeutic athletic activities, academic programs, playgrounds, non-sports summer camps and nutrition programs
