The Foundation for Enhancing Communities The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) is a community foundation serving South Central Pennsylvania with a mission to inspire giving, partner with donors to achieve their charitable goals, and strengthen local communities for current and future generations. Oliver Rosenberg Educational Trust The Ollie Rosenberg Educational Trust Fund is used to assist students with business, technical, or trade school tuition expenses. This scholarship fund was established in memory of Ollie to carry on his quiet tradition of helping others to reach their education and professional goals, particularly in the areas of business, trade, or technical training. The Ollie Rosenberg Scholarship Fund will award scholarships to graduating seniors from any campuses of Harrisburg High School (John Harris High School, Sci-Tech High, Cougar Academy, and Harrisburg Virtual Learning Academy), Steelton High-Spire, and Dauphin County Technical School.
