Purpose

Reimbursement program for figure skating officials to support continuing education and professional development activities.

Eligible Activities

Reimbursement available for:

• Seminars
• Trialing
• Training
• Clerking
• Other official education and development activities

Payment Structure

• Timeline: Reimbursements are made pro rata at the end of the fiscal year (June 30)
• Payment basis: Payments depend on amounts requested and the amount budgeted
• Distribution: If total requests exceed budget, reimbursements are prorated based on available funds

How to Apply for Officials Continuing Education Reimbursement

1. Complete the Form:
   • Use the Officials Continuing Education Reimbursement Form
   • Include all required information
2. Document Activities:
   • Clearly describe the education/training activity
   • Include costs associated with seminars, trialing, training, clerking, etc.
   • Attach receipts or documentation of expenses
3. Submit:
   • Submit form through OSC website
4. Reimbursement Timeline:
   • Reimbursements are made once per fiscal year (at June 30)
   • Payment is pro rata based on total requests and available budget
   • If requests exceed budget, amounts are prorated
