Geographic Scope: Local community served by Osceola Community Health Foundation

  • Mental health issues such as addiction, depression, or suicide
  • Eligibility:

  • Non-profit organizations serving the local community

    How to Apply

    Application Process

    1. Submit grant application to the foundation by one of the quarterly deadlines:
    - March 15
    - June 15
    - September 15
    - December 15

    2. One application is allowed each year per organization

    3. Foundation director reviews application and presents to foundation grants committee

    4. Foundation Grant Committee reviews and makes recommendation to full foundation board

    5. Applicant receives approval or rejection notification immediately after full board meeting
