1. Submit internal grant application to your supervisor or manager
2. Include in application:
- Description of request
- Dollar amount requested
3. Manager/Supervisor presents application to Executive Leadership Team for review
4. Upon Executive Leadership Team approval, application submitted to Foundation for grant committee review
5. Foundation Grant Committee reviews each quarter (March, June, September, December)
6. Grant Committee recommends to full foundation board for approval
7. Applicant receives approval or denial notification
