Indiana Youth Institute For three decades, the Indiana Youth Institute has supported the youth services field through innovative trainings, critical data, and capacity-building resources, aiming every effort at increasing the well-being of all children. Our mission is to improve the lives of all Indiana children by strengthening and connecting the people, organizations, and communities that are focused on kids and youth. Northeast Indiana Organizational Capacity Grant We are excited to offer an opportunity for youth-serving nonprofit organizations in East Central Indiana to boost your impact, improve your current effectiveness, and increase your capacity to serve in the future. Do you need an updated strategic plan or logic model? Do you need help engaging your board and staff to contribute to your organization’s mission? Do you want a thought partner in making your programs more equitable and trauma-informed? Do you know how to take that next step in serving youth and increasing your organization’s impact? You may qualify for no-cost consulting through an IYI capacity-building grant for your organization! With funding provided by the DEKKO Foundation, 4-6 organizations representing selected counties will be eligible to receive services valued at over $7,000 per organization at no cost.Eligibility
