Nonprofit Savings Accounts (also called Community Savings Accounts) are programs designed to sustain South Dakota nonprofits by providing permanent endowed funding sources. These accounts are managed by local advisory councils and support nonprofit missions across the state.
Purpose:
- Provide ongoing financial support for charitable and nonprofit purposes
- Meet basic needs and enhance quality of life for community residents
- Create permanently endowed funds for specific communities
