Interest-free education and career advancement loan specifically created to support Afghan and Iraqi SIV recipients in achieving their professional goals through education, training, and skill development.

Eligible Applicants:

• Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders with valid SIV
• Must hold a valid U.S. Driving License
• Only one family member may apply for a loan at a time

Award Details:

• Maximum loan amount: $6,000
• Interest rate: 0% (interest-free)
• Flexible repayment terms
• No interest charged

• Complete online application through Happy Mango platform
• Automatic qualification if participant in NOLB mentorship program
