Overview: Eight on-farm classes providing hands-on learning at local farms. Students visit farms and hear about different successful production methods implemented by experienced farmers.

- Class #4 (June 20): Management Intensive Grazing with Trevor Hansard at Red Tail Grove
- Class #5 (July 11): Sustainable Practices with Justen Dick at Kelly Ridge Farm
- Class #6 (July 25): Beekeeping with Steve Payne and Chad Overhold at Reserve Farm Apiary
- Class #7 (August 8): Apple Orchards with Tom McMullen at Kelly Ridge Farms Orchards
- Class #8 (August 22): Forest Farming with Dr. Ryan Huish at Appalachian Cove Forest Farm and Homestead
