Here’s how NCIF works:
Local organizations in specific communities apply for grants.A local volunteer committee of Nike teammates — from offices, logistic centers and Air Manufacturing and Innovation — is trained on how to review grant applications for the best possible matches.The Nike volunteer committee shares its local insights to play a leading role in recommending which organizations should receive funding.Organizations are notified by the end of May about their grant requests.
