Overview

Purpose The New Jersey Healthy Homes program (Program) is an initiative of the New Jersey Department of Human Services (NJDHS) – Division of Medical Assistance & Health Services (DMAHS), in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA), to house New Jersey FamilyCare Members experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness or institutionalization by constructing and/or rehabilitating, maintaining, managing, and facilitating the occupation of permanent, affordable, community-based housing across New Jersey
