The New Beginnings Scholarship Fund for Unhoused Youth supports San Diego County residents who are currently or have previously experienced homelessness during high school (grades 9–12). Eligible applicants may include graduating high school seniors, current four-year university students, community college students, trade/vocational students, or adult re-entry students who plan to enroll in a four-year university, community college, or trade/vocational school in the United States. The scholarship is designed to expand educational access and stability for students overcoming housing insecurity as they pursue post-secondary education or career training.
