Reuben H. Fleet Memorial Scholarship The Reuben H. Fleet Memorial Scholarship supports high-achieving undergraduate students pursuing degrees in science, engineering, or mathematics. Eligible applicants must be enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year university in San Diego County, or, if a San Diego County resident, at an accredited four-year university elsewhere in the United States. Community college students may apply if they provide a letter of acceptance from the four-year institution to which they will transfer. The scholarship aims to support academically excellent STEM students who are also actively engaged in giving back to their communities.
