Guided by our vision, purpose, mission, values, and policies, we inspire philanthropic generosity to enhance our community’s quality of life. Scholarships More than 200 students throughout north central Wisconsin, from pre-school to post-graduate, will be awarded scholarships totaling more than $300,000 from the 125 endowed scholarship funds administered within the Community Foundation. Neng & Bao Xiong Volvo Scholarship Purpose Award scholarships to able and deserving graduating high school seniors from the greater Wausau area who demonstrate service to their community and tolerance of cultural differences. The student must plan to pursue an education at an accredited college or university in any field of study.
