nccPA Health Foundation: Empower Grant

The nccPA Health Foundation's Empower Grant supports Board Certified PAs and PA students in improving health equity through funding up to $5,000 for innovative projects. Focus areas include addressing health disparities, mental health, oral health, and promoting diversity in the PA workforce. Grantees must demonstrate a commitment to underserved populations and showcase PA leadership that transforms grassroots initiatives into sustainable health solutions.

The nccPA Health Foundation equips and empowers Board Certified PAs and PA students to improve health for all. We advance this mission through an annual competitive grant that equips PAs with up to $5,000 for projects that are aligned with our strategic programming areas, including:
Equitable careHealth disparitiesMental and behavioral healthOral healthProfessional practiceDiversity, equity, and inclusion in the PA workforce
Further, grantees will display a commitment to reaching underserved and underrepresented populations with their efforts.
Applicants are encouraged to share their passion and ingenuity in creatively seeking and developing resources that will make a difference in the lives of patients, providers, and communities. Proposals should demonstrate PA leadership and innovation that can transform grassroots interventions into sustainable initiatives.
