nccPA Health Foundation: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - PAs STEP Up GRANT This seed grant challenges PAs and PA students to design and execute activities that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the PA profession. Projects should support diversity, the benefits of inclusivity, and the critical role that PAs have in creating awareness of the PA profession among underrepresented populations. The ultimate goal of this grant is to foster greater equity and reduce health disparities by expanding PA education and practice pipelines. Join us in Standing Together for Equity in the Profession by applying for up to $2,500 for the PAs STEP Up Grant. Certified PAs, PA students, and PA organizations (accredited educational programs or constituent organizations) working with PA faculty may apply. Applications are accepted year-round and are reviewed as received.

Eligibility

The principal applicant should be a Board Certified PA (clinically practicing or PA faculty) or PA student (working with PA faculty at an ARC-PA accredited PA program). Co-applicants may be interprofessional partners or PAs who hold the PA-C Emeritus designation. Funds are generally disbursed to the organization sponsoring the project. Individuals coordinating activities are welcome to apply and may be asked to provide additional documentation.
